Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid engagements with Future Routehub Co., Ltd.: Category Performance Dashboard commissions, Assortment Health Reviews, Promo Lift Visualization briefs, and Monthly Category Insight Packs. It does not apply to unpaid estimates or website browsing.

Deposits

A deposit (typically 40% of the agreed fee) reserves the build window. Deposits become non-refundable once discovery or data inventory work has started, unless we cancel the engagement.

Full refund eligibility

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel before delivering any agreed work product, or if you cancel in writing before the scheduled discovery workshop and before any deposit-funded work has begun.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after discovery has started but before the first full draft is delivered, we may refund the unused portion of fees after deducting time already spent at the rates in your statement of work. After the first full draft is delivered, fees for completed stages are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed revision rounds and delivered chart packs
• Training sessions already held
• Third-party licence fees purchased at your request
• Monthly insight packs for months already delivered

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@future-routehub.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation confirmation or our notice of inability to deliver).

Process & processing time

We confirm receipt within two business days, assess eligibility against your statement of work, and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a kickoff or walkthrough once at no charge with at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may shift delivery dates. Monthly packs require 30 days’ written notice to stop; the current month remains chargeable if work has started.

No-shows

Missed training or walkthrough calls without 24 hours’ notice count as delivered for that session. A replacement session may be scheduled at our standard hourly rate if capacity allows.

Work already started & materials

Custom metric sheets, draft dashboards, and written findings prepared for your category remain billable for the stage completed. Purchased reference data or licences bought on your instruction are non-refundable once ordered.
