Acceptance

By accessing future-routehub.click or engaging Future Routehub Co., Ltd. for category performance dashboard work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or commission services.

Services described

The site describes professional consulting and visualization services for category managers, including dashboard commissions, assortment reviews, promo lift briefs, and monthly insight packs. Descriptions are informational. A written estimate or statement of work governs each paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials created by Future Routehub remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Upon full payment of a commission, you receive a licence to use the agreed deliverables for your internal category management purposes. You may not resell our templates or reuse our methods under another brand without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of extracts, item masters, and confidential category data you provide. You warrant that you have the right to share those materials for the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Future Routehub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made using delivered charts and dashboards. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content for competing commercial use. We may suspend access that harms the site or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
